WHO ARE WE
Creative Projects & Events is a Romanian organization, born in 2015 as a think tank focus on innovation in LLL, with a team specialized on European projects, research, adult training and teachers’ training provider focused on provide high quality consulting services while creating solutions to promote quality education and employability. CP&E’ experts design and deliver trainings on creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication, soft skills and emotional intelligence, innovations in language teaching, building mental health and well-being, stress management and burnout prevention. The experts working with CP&E are working currently in universities (Universitatea Bucuresti, SNSPA) or in advisory groups at European Commission, European Trade Union Committee for Education – Standing Committee for Equality, EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, EU networks for SEN children (European Dyslexia Association) etc.
CP&E was created by a group of experts in education, having as a goal the introduction of innovation and entrepreneurship in the educational process. Our vision is to redefine the education which is provided today by emphasizing equal participation of all the social groups in various educational and social programs that form young people and adult trainers with leading skills and social awareness. That’s why we have created a network of experts from Romania, reinforced in the last year with experts from Spain, Bulgaria, Austria which, with professionalism and passion for their objectives cooperate creatively to elaborate new teaching tools and methods based on digitalization, equality and sustainable development. CP&E aim to enhance the capacity, knowledge, and competencies of adults who work in education sector and in the field of LLL, as well as their organizations.
